At The Artisan Collection, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our garments and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all artisan tags and protective coverings are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
